We take care in packaging your order to help ensure that it will arrive in as beautiful a condition as it left our shop. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies, so that you can choose the best option for your order.
Order processing time is between 3 - 5 days, then we ship the treats to you or your gift recipient! We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, which offers the option of Next Day or 1 - 3 Business Days for your package to arrive at its destination. (Just like the US mail, deliveries can not be made on Sunday and certain holidays.)
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as we can not be responsible for mishaps or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If it is possible for your original order to be re-routed to a correct address, a fee of $15.00 will be charged to the payment method used for the order.
If the shipping address is in a rural area that does not have the delivery you have selected at checkout, we will adjust the charge to the next available option if the rate is commensurate to your original selection. Otherwise, we will contact you to figure out the best solution to get your gift delivered.
If you are sending a gift to a hospital, hotel, business, or location that is not direct to the recipient, we recommend notifying a party at the shipping address to make arrangements for accurate delivery. We can not be responsible if our shipper is unable to deliver the package because the recipient is unreachable or no longer available at the address provided.
At this time, we do not ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes, nor do we ship internationally. AK and HI shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
During warm weather we may require Next Day shipping and the purchase of "cold kit" for an extra fee to take precautions that your order arrives in the same condition as it was when we packaged it.
Cancellations may be made within 4 hours of placing an order. If you wish to make a minimal change to your order, such as a different gift card or message, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen!
We cannot accept returns on food items. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item, and we will try to work with you to resolve the issue.
We abide by the policies of our carriers in that if shipping delays are due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances they/we do not guarantee precise delivery dates.
